Your Free CAM Audit Results: What You See Before You Pay

No account needed to see your results. Here is what the free report shows and what stays blurred until you unlock. The blurred section is where the real value sits, but the unblurred total tells you whether unlocking is worth it.

CAM Verified report

A CAM Verified report is the result CAMAudit generates when all 13 detection rules run and find no overcharges. It confirms that the charges in your reconciliation matched your lease terms, giving you documented evidence of a clean audit for lease negotiations.

1

Total overcharge amount

The banner at the top of your report shows the total dollar amount across all findings. This is always visible. If it shows $0, your CAM charges matched your lease and you receive a CAM Verified report.

If the total is non-zero, that is the amount your landlord may have overcharged you this reconciliation period.

2

Finding count and categories

Below the total, you can see how many findings triggered. The rule categories are visible so you know which checks flagged something.

What stays blurred

Per-finding details, your exact lease citations, the math showing how overcharges were calculated, and your dispute letter draft are all behind the paywall. Unlock once to see everything.
3

Deciding whether to unlock

A $500 overcharge on a $199 credit is straightforward math. For smaller amounts, consider whether the documentation alone is worth having. Lease citations and math proofs are useful even if you decide not to send a dispute.

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee if the full report does not deliver what you expected.

Recovery of past CAM overcharges depends on your specific lease terms, including any audit rights deadlines or ‘binding and conclusive’ provisions, and on applicable state law. State statute of limitations periods apply to written contracts and range from 3 to 10 years; your actual lookback window may be shorter based on your lease.
