Before you start
Gather the lease, CAM bill, and any files from the landlord. Use the workbook to list what you have. List what is still missing.
How to use the workbook
Add the lease dates first. Add each audit due date. List CAM, tax, insurance, and utility costs. Add the page for each source.
What this template does not decide
The workbook does not say that a charge is wrong. It puts the facts in one place. Your firm can then decide if the file needs a full audit.
