Add CAM work to BPO services

Move lease admin signals into a separate reviewed CAM service.

I work as a principal engineer. I built the engine behind these audits. Each finding points to the lease clause and the bill line. Your team reviews and signs first.

Add CAM work to BPO services

A lease BPO runs lease work for another firm.

Its base work can reveal a CAM question. That signal can start a separate service talk. It is not yet a finding.

Use this handoff map to protect scope and client trust.

Spot a service signal

Start with an event your team can prove.

Signal Base record CAM discovery question
Statement arrives Receipt date and source Does the client want a review?
Charge changes Old and new statement line Which term may control it?
Client asks why Saved client message What answer does the client need?
Backup is missing Request log Does the gap block review?
Lease term changes Signed amendment Does the new term affect scope?

Deloitte notes file review and status logs in lease work. Use those records for the fit check. They prove no overcharge.

The base team should log the signal. A service owner then checks fit. Do not let routine staff promise a result.

Pass six scope gates

A CAM file should pass six gates before work begins.

Gate Pass rule Hold rule
Client authority Named client owner approves discovery No one can approve new work
Lease chain Signed lease and changes are present A later change may be missing
CAM statement Period and billed lines are clear Page or period is unclear
Review window Source and date are recorded Lease timing needs review
CAM scope Client approves a named task and limits Task, limits, or approval are unclear
Signer BPO reviewer accepts final ownership No reviewer is assigned

The service owner can request missing files. Keep the work in a fit check until each hard gate passes.

CBRE places quality checks and expense work beside lease work. The tasks can sit near each other. CBRE does not set your scope.

Assign the handoff roles

Write one owner beside each step.

Step Owner Required record
Spot signal Base lease team Signal date and source
Confirm client need Client lead Client question and authority
Open CAM scope Service owner Scope, files, and signer
Prepare review CAM maker Source-linked workpaper
Check work CAM checker Passed checks and open limits
Approve delivery BPO signer Signed client output

The client contract should name the separate work. It should name each limit. The BPO keeps the client account.

A NuSource page lists recovery tracking. It also lists client messages. Both sit near lease work. Use that point only.

Choose one file outcome

Every fit-check file needs one clear outcome.

Outcome Meaning Next action
Scope Proof and authority are ready Send the CAM scope
File gap A named source is missing Request that source
No current need Client does not want review Close the signal log
Counsel route A legal answer blocks scope Send the question to counsel

Do not call a closed signal lost work. It may simply lack fit. Keep the reason in the base record.

Send one post-review state

After review, the BPO sends one clear client state.

State Message limit Next step
Finding State the item and cited sources BPO chooses the client action
No finding Name only the scope and sources checked Close or approve more scope
Incomplete file Name the missing source and blocked view Request the source or hold work
Counsel needed State the facts without a legal answer Send the cited file to counsel

A finding is the firm's signed conclusion. It is not proof of recovery.

Do not call a no-finding file clean. The checked scope may be narrow. Show any open proof gap.

Where CAMAudit fits

CAMAudit runs branded CAM audits behind a lease admin BPO. The BPO sends files that pass its gates.

The tool can flag review items and cite their sources. Fixed rules handle the math. It builds a branded report for the BPO.

The maker checks the source trail. The checker repeats the key work. The BPO reviews and signs the final client output.

CAMAudit can also make a dispute letter draft. It is a draft for your review. It is not legal advice. Ask counsel to check it before you send it.

Build the full lane from Practice Growth. The lease admin BPO plan joins all four checks. Use the lease resource hub for nearby tools.

Next, set the quality control sheet. Add the deadline clock. Route file gaps with the backup matrix.

Keep the client path firm-led on the lease admin page. The six gates come first. Then use the service line guide.
