Published benchmarks vary by market and property type. General ranges: retail strip centers $6–12 PSF, power centers $4–8 PSF, suburban office parks $8–15 PSF, medical plazas $10–18 PSF. Any location more than 30% above your portfolio average warrants a closer look.
How do I decide which location to audit first?
