Partner review notes

Add your notes to every finding

Add a note to any finding. Mark it keep, drop, escalate, or watch. Attach the proof file right there. Your review stays with the audit.

Problem

The problem: your review notes live somewhere else

You review a finding and form an opinion. But the note goes in a side doc, an email, or your head. Next week you forget why you flagged it. The proof file sits in another folder. When a client pushes back, you hunt for it again.

Solution

The solution: notes and files on the finding itself

CAMAudit lets you write on each finding. Set a status so the team knows your call. Attach the lease page or invoice that backs it up. The note, the status, and the file stay with the audit. Nothing gets lost between review and delivery.

FAQ

Questions about annotation layer

Who can see my notes?

Your team. Notes and files are part of your audit workspace. The client sees the report you publish, not your internal notes.

What files can I attach?

PDFs, images, and common Office files like spreadsheets and Word docs. Each file can be up to 25 MB.

Does dropping a finding delete it?

No. A dropped finding is marked, not erased. You can change the status back at any time.
